Masha Malka is an entrepreneur, a success coach, a founder and writer for the One-Minute-Coach e-program, the author of the e-book "Discover Your Inborn Genius", as well as a mother of two children.

Masha dedicates her life to helping people create balance and fulfillment on the way to their dream lives. She also encourages and helps people unleash their genius and achieve their greatness.

Living and working in the diverse cultures of 6 countries (Russia, USA, Austria, England, Bulgaria and Spain) has given her a unique insight on how to achieve success regardless of the person's background.

After years of seminars and workshops with influential leaders such as Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Thomas Madden, Dr. Bill Gould and many others, a formula emerged that is now having a dramatic impact on the lives of people all over the world.

Masha has combined her discoveries on learning in an e-book titled “Discover Your Inborn Genius” where she shares with her readers the tools which will allow them to tap into the unlimited possibilities and potential that they possess.

She also has a very popular e-program The One Minute Coach,that motivates and inspires people to take appropriate action and achieve their goals.

Masha deeply believes that we are all potential geniuses and that we are capable of achieving success in ALL areas of our lives leading to greater happiness and piece of mind.

Masha graduated from Florida Atlantic University (USA) with Highest Honors, majoring in Education (minor in Dance). She holds a graduate certificate in Teaching and Training Online from Capella University (USA), currently pursuing an MBA with focus on Leadership. She is also a certified trainer in both Accelerated Learning Techniques from the ALT Institute in Las Vegas and the Master Thinker program from the Transformational Thinking Company in Thailand. 

Masha was featured in the September 2005 issue of the Essential Magazine (Spain) and has a regular radio show 'Get A Life' on REM FM Wednesdays at 1.15 pm. (104.8 fm or 91.9 fm)
